General Terms and Conditions
General Conditions for Meal Delivery
We are delighted to contribute to the success of your events with our catering service specializing in Lebanese cuisine. Here are our general delivery conditions, designed to guarantee you a wonderful experience.
1. Orders and Payment
Business Orders
- Billing : All business orders will be invoiced with a 30-day payment term.
- Cancellations :
- Up to 4 days before the event : Free cancellation.
- Between 4 days and 48 hours before the event : Cancellation fee of CHF 100 .
- Less than 48 hours before the event : Invoicing of 30% of the estimate .
- Cancellation Policy : All cancellations must be communicated by email and confirmed by an acknowledgment of receipt from us.
Individual Orders
- For orders up to CHF 500 : Full payment required at the time of order registration via our website.
- For orders over CHF 500 :
- Deposit : 20% to be paid when ordering.
- Balance payable :
- By bank transfer : At the latest the day before the event.
- Upon delivery : Cash or Twint (verification by delivery person required).
Individual Cancellations
- Up to 4 days before the event : Full refund of the deposit.
- Less than 4 days before the event : No refund of the deposit.
- Notification : Cancellations must be made by email or telephone and confirmed by an acknowledgment of receipt.
2. Order Deadline
- Orders must be placed between 24 and 48 hours before the expected delivery date.
- For large-scale events, additional time is required.
3. Changing the Number of Guests
- Any downward changes must be reported no later than 72 hours before the event .
- Any upward changes must be reported as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it remains subject to our availability.
4. Delivery
- Areas served : We deliver within a 50 km radius of our restaurant. Additional charges may apply for more remote areas.
- Schedule : Deliveries are made between 11:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. within a time slot agreed upon with the customer. We adhere to agreed schedules whenever possible. Delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, accidents, etc.).
- Shipping costs : will be displayed when saving the address
- Responsibility upon receipt : The customer or their representative must be present to receive the order. Any anomalies must be reported to the delivery person within 30 minutes.
5. Material Management
- Return of equipment : Dishes, bain-maries, plates, cutlery and other equipment must be returned clean or at least wiped dry. Glasses must be emptied.
- Cleaning fee : If food remains are present, a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Breakage or loss : Any breakage or loss will be charged at cost. Any anomalies must be reported upon receipt. Any anomalies not reported will be charged to the customer.
6. Storage and Consumption of Products
- Quality and Freshness : We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products at the time of delivery.
- Conservation :
- All our dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and should be consumed quickly.
- If kept at a maximum of 5°C without breaking the cold chain , they can be consumed within 48 hours of delivery, unless otherwise indicated.
- Customer responsibility : It is the customer's responsibility to comply with the storage instructions provided with the order (e.g.: refrigeration at 5°C maximum ).
7. Force Majeure
We decline all responsibility in the event of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.) preventing delivery. In the event of modification or cancellation, a refund or postponement will be offered.
8. Late Payment
- Any delay in payment beyond 10 days after receipt of the invoice will result in a penalty of CHF 50 .
- Collection costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Insurance and Liability
- We are insured for civil liability related to the provision of meals.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused by himself or his guests and must take out the necessary insurance.
10. Disputes
- In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva shall have jurisdiction.
- Swiss law applies.
11. Prices
- Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) , VAT included.
- Delivery costs may vary depending on the geographic area and will be communicated to the customer when ordering.
12. Products and Allergens
- Our products are made with fresh ingredients
- Although we take every necessary precaution, traces of certain allergens may be present. Customers must inform us of any food allergies or intolerances before ordering.
